We are super excited that you are interested in getting baptized! This is one of the most meaningful steps you can take as a follower of Jesus. This form will help us know your story, and get you through the process as simply and smoothly as possible.

After you fill out this interest form, you can expect a follow up email from a staff member within 7 days to talk about your next steps. 

YOUR STORY

We believe that stories are important and powerful. In each of our lives, God is writing a story. We want to hear a little bit about how you became a follower of Jesus and how you got to this moment in your life.

BAPTISM LOGISTICS

We want this process to be as simple and smooth as possible. Give us some information below so that we can walk with you every step of the way!

We currently have a baptism date on the calendar, but if that doesn't work for you, you can list a few dates that do! Select "other", list dates that you are able to get baptized, and we'll work with your availability!

You have some options here. We suggest picking somebody who has had a significant spiritual influence on your life. You could have a family member or a friend do it, or multiple friends and family.

If you can't think of anybody, no worries, you can select a staff member that would be happy and ready to baptize you.
